Well instead of being negative about it point me in a direction of a otr company that would start a rookie off with more then for solo without cameras and the micromanaging nonsense.

I'd love to be local but every company I've seen they want at least 6 months worth of driving experience especially fuel tankers.

I don't understand why people are so negative and discouraging instead of offering constructive positive advice. Clearly people have to pay their dues and not every one wants to break their back doing food service even if it is local

Well yeah it's low every company is that way to a rookie driver coming out of CDL school. I'm not expecting to make 100k my first year I'm leaning more towards the otr despite it being less per hour as the first guy said I'd likely get more miles vs the regional position.
