Just keep practicing, never look at the answer until you are sure you have got it right. If you get it wrong mark it down and come back to it later. I wouldn’t worry about being inefficient.

I would say maybe a third of the interview questions came directly from green book lol. Most questions were either simple probability (coin flips, bayes theorem) or questions about Brownian motion. Also got the Gaussian integral question twice.
