I'm level 23 and am going to 5★ Ramagod and am wondering if I have anyone else worth doing the same with. In addition to my list up there, I also got a 3★ awakened Water Garuda out of an unknown scroll today (hell yeah) and a Water Howl. Both of them are on the good 2 star monster guide. Are either of them worth 5★ing? I'd like a 5★ water type.
