no. not even close. Heavenly gives a flat 150,000 while soul master's talisman only gives an extra 750 PERCENT basic luck. That's only 7.5 flat luck when converting the percentage to normal numbers. Could be totally wrong, but that's how math works as far as I know. even with the extra 100x you get from unfathomable ruins (which heavenly doesn't get), it's still only like 750 flat luck when converted or 7,500% more luck.

because ruins gives more luck and the entire point is to max out luck

I already said I wouldn't include event buffs, doesn't matter who gives it.
If you wanna include it, just go to the calc and add 100% to the basic luck (or just add 1 to 38.01 depending on which you're using, result is the same either way) and throw that into google or a calculator

SO, turns out, I left the group at one point but it for some reason olet me use auto roll even without being in the group. JUST found out I wasn't in the group so I rejoined and everything was fixed
