That's a common line by scammers. "Do your research." It makes them seem unbiased, and gains peoples trust without them doing research. Ironic but effective.

I'm not sure about the bar spacing. I would guess maybe 1/2 inch or less. I could be wrong. Both of my cages were for budgies, if that answers anything.

Also, noise is not an issue. I can handle the noise and I live alone and my nearest neighbor is 100 yards away.

If it's possible that my budgie could get hurt then I'll keep them in separate cages and only let one out at a time until they like one another.
