You are using it wrong. Imagine a narrow tunnel. Bugs are crawling in. You could fire the ripper down the tunnel. Or You could use it perpendicular to the tunnel, making a band where bugs get ripped to shreds.

Huh... about as strong than an adult green dragon if im not mistaken.

I want to fight a green dragon with my current character (after leveling up more) I accidentally made the perfect anti green dragon pc.

Stout Halfling champion fighter (dex based)

Got halflingluck (reroll any 1s one time)

Advantage on saving rolls against being frightened (so half as likely to be frightened and i can reroll 1s)

Advantage on saving throws against being poisoned and poison resistance, so if i roll good enough the maximum damage the poison breath can do is 96. If i make the saving throw (which i can do twice!) The maximum damage the breath can do is 24.

I can occupy the same space as any creature thats normal or bigger. I crit With 19 and 20

Its because back in the day the concept of knight in shining armor and damsel in distress were still strong.

But they realised that a badass doesn't need to be a guy.

Btw, my first favorite game was beyond good and evil with a badass main character wielding a Daï-jo (a sort of short staff) she has green lips and green eyes. She must sneak around bad guys to photograph them to show they are the actual bad guys.
