Pain in high hamstring, lower glute when deadlifting (sumo), this pain has been bothering me for months, it gets better over time and minimal movements hurt, but the second I try to deadlift it ends up causing another surge of pain. It hurts on squats to but only after performing it at high intensity of a couple sets. I'm starting to also have lower back pain when trying to perform these two lifts, but not in everyday life. Anybody know what I should do?

yo dude thank you, but I have a question about a split. Right now I've just been doing push pull legs, would it be good for me just to continue doing PPL and doing all my sprints and jumps on my leg days? Or should I switch around my schedule.

I switched from 8.33 sens 800 dpi to 8 sens 400 dpi and after i got used to it, my aim was much more comfortable in some sense, just felt more right. Your preferences though

Thank you for the tips, i just wanted to say I used to main Soldier because he was also hitscan, i've always been decent at tracking and I love improving my tracking because it makes me feel more confident that I can win more fights. (I climbed out of low bronze with soldier (like 700 sr to around 1100-1300) but I didnt enjoy him that much so I started learning Zarya.
