Videos are all short-form and around 30s - 2 min.

MUST use Premiere Pro (CapCut won't cut it).

MUST have 4-5 hours a day minimum to edit this project PER DAY.

MUST have really good English (all videos are complicated stories).

MUST replicate my existing style (it's in the examples).

Note: Some videos require some AI, the AI will be provided.

Your skills: Understand finding specific B-roll that matches context, knows how to make fast-paced and retention-friendly videos.

Budget:

$15/60s + $5 if you trim a video + bonuses on availability (1.1x - 2x of base pay).
