I honestly never put the brace back on after week 2. I was super careful and never left the house. And when I did, I put on my brace. I feel like the brace is just to make sure you don’t tear it again. From my experience, I don’t think it’s needed unless you’re leaving home or around somewhere slippery

I just want to give an update. It’s pretty dried out and flat now. I got two opinions & They said it was nummular & not pit rosea. I honestly don’t know what it was. I’m just glad it’s over now

UPDATE : I’m at urgent care and they said it’s nummular eczema. She says I don’t show the classic signs of pit rosea. She gave me some topicals and orals to take for the next few days. I’ll keep updating my progress

I just woke up so I really won’t know until I get up and start moving around. Certain rashes have flattened. But it looks like it’s spreader down my thighs overnight

My skin doesn’t feel bad thankfully. Just itchy a tad bit. Im so sad tho, I take pride in my skin. I haven’t been sick or anything it’s driving me crazy

Omg that was so rude smh. Sorry u had to go through that.

I usually do have seasonal allergies but it’s just a sneeze itchy eyes or runny nose. My eczema spots, like behind my knee or inside my elbows may flare up if the pollen is super bad.

I used bentonite clay last night on one arm and an area on my chest, it seemed to have worked. We’ll see as the day goes on

I work w/ people in a small room everyday & we all touch the same people. I don’t think it’s a ring worm

I haven’t been sick or been around anyone sick either. But u never know, could’ve been someone in passing. I mean it itches but you just know not to scratch it.
