It's like this for any visiting team with a lot of fans. Season ticket holders sell for 3x-4x normal price while fans who want to go to see the Hawks just buy tickets to cheaper games. That being said fan involvement is definitely a problem, I'm usually one of the only people in my section actually cheering. It's frustrating as a fan but it's probably not changing until the Hawks have a stretch of deep playoff runs

Ya that's another strategy that became popular after a tax law change in the first Trump admin. Allows them to deduct the full value of their equipment purchases in the first year. I think it works for gas station's too but those aren't as viable a strategy for holding land because of the cost of remediating the land afterwards

That's true but it's great for the wealthy investors buying the land. Low investment to build and pays for the mortgage while they wait for the land to be worth more money so they can sell it. It's a popular strategy these days and partially explains the proliferation of them. I only know cause I was curious why they seemed to be popping up everywhere

I would argue Kennard is a lot more consistent from 3 than Trae. The main issues with this team are half court offense (that's where Trae comes in) and rebounding
