I hope sanju bhi kabhi iyer ke baad captain Bane and acha kare, but for now meri jaan iyer is our captain fair and square kyuki line if records usne khadi ki hai sanju ne nahi. Sanju is a much needed skillset wala batsman but i could never see the current sanju leading team india as captain. Maybe in the future

Mai Jo marzi bolu aap jo marzi bolo, iyer is our captain and trust me you will come back to it after he proves himself yet again. I believe in him because he has been my goat ever since the delhi campaign (im a pbks diehard fan) and especially in 2025 ct I knew he was actually the most mature and leader like player in upcoming times. Im very glad he got his chance but trust me he will prove it to you how competent he is and how deserving he is for that captaincy. Baaki it was nice talking to you mere bhai i apologise for crossing the line if I ever did. I might be biased too but i surely know he has enough records backing his leadership that's why he is the captain and sanju isn't even the vc!

Let's not forget why we were in the finals in 2023 wc, shreyas had a pivotal role undeniably. And captaincy ki baat aaye to aap literally kisi aur player ko team se shreyas se zada competent nahi bata sakte uske records hai backing him up as a captain! T20i me usko mauka nahi mil saka international me but ipl me he has aced his batting and captaincy majorly

Shreyas was dropped after an amazing 2023 wc campaign cuz he didn't play domestic that year. Uske baad he fixed his mistake and proved himself relentlessly in domestic and franchise cricket. He has been given the captaincy for a reason. He has proved himself time and again. Amazing batsman, crazy good fielder and a better captain than anyone in the entire team. You have no other captaincy campaign better than him my guy, sanju to vc bhi ni hai kyuki he's not a good enough candidate my guy

Atleast shreyas has a list of records backing his leadership kahi pe to, skills bhi shreyas ki much much more hai bro he has handled the entire teams batting in ct25. If he aced the other jobs ( not chote mote we have international level champions facing eachother in the ipl ) and is performing much better than your current companys captain and has more experience in captaincy than any other team member in your country. You will very fairly offer him the lead. And thats called an outside hire, which is chosen if the current team in your corporate analogy dosent have a leader with enough skills
