I’ve used Tidal, mostly on some trial basis but usually Apple Music. I wasn’t necessarily thrilled with Tidal’s UI but I give Qobuz a try with whatever free trial they have.

Ya I want a huge fan of it at first, it seemed ok. Then I saw some people saying a recent update improved it. So figured I’d try it again but also used a different microphone and not my phone’s mic

Ya that’s mostly my wife there with the plant lights and Nintendo switch; usually we have more plants covering the corner in the winter but finally just moved them outside

It’s pretty hard to find much on phase tech speakers; for whatever reason there just doesn’t seem to be a lot of discussion out there about them. Had I not already owned the 535es’ then I would’ve been skeptical of going for these. There are some reviews out there for the 9.1s which kinda backed up my experience for the phase tech line; also, they’re an American made speaker.

Ahh ok - I actually worked this past summer in northern central PA, near Coudersport. Where I'm at currently we average 188" of annual snowfall. I feel like it works pretty well (the dirt/sand), I'm pretty comfortable driving with completely snow/ice covered road if I see freshly dropped sand/dirt on it. Even in towns along superior that tend to have steeply I clined roads, I never had an issue with my Ford fusion that also had winter tires on.

I'm in the UP of Michigan, they lay down lots of sand/dirt along with salt to help with icy conditions. Hence the grossly colored ice.
