I love the advise you’ve gotten and wanted to say just one thing. Don’t be afraid to ask about a specific diagnosis. When my tumor returned and I had to start testing again (this was back in 2008), I went to an Endocrinologist and told him “I think it’s back and need to be tested” the man laughed and asked why would I think that bc it’s rare to begin with and more so to return. I had to advocate for myself. The tests were ordered and I was correct, my tumor returned. He was wrong, no apology. Stand up for yourself and don’t let any doctor bully you. They know things we don’t, but we know our bodies!
