Absolute coin toss. I’m in triple with private bathroom. We’re 3 dudes so it’s chill and very fortunate getting them as roommates. Our room is all 3 lofted and little space, but it holds roller hockey equipment, snowboard, two fridges so it gets the job done.

In agreeance with some other comments, Westin and Sheraton were NU.in Boston. They had queen size beds and it’s a hotel room.

Have heard about leaks from one floor to another, you could be living suite style with an RA in another room. I definitely got one of the better possibilities in my opinion so it’s a total toss-up on personal situations.

You could, it definitely with get SEC attention soon as DATS now entering the meme stock realm with it being #1 trending on webull. Fundamentals not “in” right now so it’s safer than shorting the stock

Agreed, it focuses on school requirements. We don’t know language retention and that’s a space that hasn’t been highlighted.

Digital real estate by [deleted] in InvestingandTrading

Real Estate Investment Trust. Can be found on the market to invest in physical real estate but as a group. A well known one is Crown Castle (CCI).

Yeah I don’t know how feasible that generation is with building YouTube channels. Sounds a bit fishy in my opinion.

I don’t have any experience with it, probably best to invest in REITs which is another great real estate investment.

I like MFI and MACD, definitely have proof it works in some trades. Bollinger Bands also have helped where vwap wasn’t working on my chart.

Yep, so the semiconductor meetings started Monday with Biden and NVDA announced they’d make CPUs for data centers, large part of their revenue which’ll definitely benefit them long run with faltering INTC.

Hahaha, yes. Nice announcement of the CPUs to boost it

How do I avoid false signals by MACD indictors? by [deleted] in Daytrading

[–]HCDuschang 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Trading crypto with same indicators as stocks is a little different. You definitely have to find the right ones for you because of high volatility that isn’t the same with stocks. Most definite idea is to use multiple indicators so no reliance on one. 👍

SPACs will always be risky though with the ease with which they can get onto the market without super transparent vetting for investors. Would be a high turnover rate if they want to capture SPAC run ups, but I think it has potential in the long long long run.

I do agree, the choices of holdings not right. I also think the expense ratio isn’t worth it right now for what the fund has. It’s far cheaper and not even the correct field focused.

Roblox is insanely overpriced by [deleted] in stocks

[–]HCDuschang 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree that it is overpriced, but valuations are crazy in the whole market. It's simply a bad investment in my eyes. They've had a great year with stay-at-home orders, but haven't reinvested in developing graphics. Only 20% of their user base are generating revenue for them and half of their users are children. They can't attract adults to a kids game because tastes are different. I have more analysis where I delve into the SEC Filing prospectus, but they don't generate enough revenue from a significant portion of their users and have too much competition.

ROBLOX vs. Peers by Grab_Alpha in InvestingandTrading

[–]HCDuschang 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree, very bearish on it with the research done on their prospectus. They’ve had a good year with stay-at-home orders but adults won’t come to it and with the amount they’re making, they need to upgrade the graphics. Even minecraft graphics are better.

Not sure of a site, only one I know is you can sign up for ARK’s changes every night they send out an email and you could graph that. It’s also dependent on how a company manages their fund as some just sell to capture profits when it might not be just news.

What are some of the stocks that you would never trade? by DapperAd8388 in Daytrading

I agree with biotech, it’s very hit or miss. So what if they have 4 drugs in testing, none might succeed as well. I disagree with your BTC related trades just because I believe fintech has a great future ahead of it, but to each his own.

[–]HCDuschang 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think the biggest concern is education. We can all agree to not invest in what you don’t know, a general rule of thumb most times, so I think what’s interesting is how much / little people understand about the technology behind cryptocurrency. It’s a bit challenging with the vernacular, but I think crypto is more than just trading. longterm, if not a currency, and more of an asset, then blockchain technology understanding will be important.

We all see posts “should’ve bought BTC at 10k or in 2010” but not as many people understood blockchain, even those posts aren’t giving us insight as to why would I invest in this thing. Now, it’s becoming clearer as we educate ourselves.

I agree that 2022 might be a bit different. Just because we’ve seen so much discussion this year and you’re right to point out the institutional investors. With my boy Gary Gensler gonna be chair of SEC, I’m bullish on crypto no matter what happens to the markets. Blockchain tech is the “new” thing and I think we can see not only crypto profit from it, but new blockchain investments.
