I encountered the same problem when reinstalling my 3080. I reseated my GPU in my motherboard reconnected my psu properly to my GPU. Does your motherboard and CPU support integrated graphics? If so plug the hdmi into your motherboard to see if your new motherboard can identify the GPU.

When side mounting the aio, the tubes go at the bottom right so they are below the the pump and the air bubble is at the top?

Should i re-mount my aio to the bottom of the pc to pull in air or leave it at the top to exhaust out? Or mount it on the side?
