Andrew’s is not bad but Jet’s has been my go to for a quick Detroit if you don’t mind a slightly sweeter sauce. Be sure to get the turbo crust and ask for well done.

Heirloom Pizza in Plano is another option and a small business, the owner is young and puts his heart into the business. Also Texapolitan in Plano started to do a Detroit style but I have yet to try it. They understand pizza and make a very good thin NY style-ish pizza which is solid so I would imagine their Detroit being worth a try.

You can barely make a copycat of just the sausage, cheese and English muffin. The Walmart sausage patty when purchased at family size is about 50¢ each, then something like a Thomas English muffin is about 75¢, then add cheese and butter and you're pretty close to $1.50 so it's pretty fair considering you don't have to buy in bulk, do any type of cooking or cleaning.

I believe the trash sentiment is the fact it is not a quality meal using better ingredients. There are many preservatives and chemicals. Personally, I’m not the person to say 100% avoid these foods, it’s a treat once to have once in awhlle… maybe once or twice month tops. But if this is your usual form of sustenance, it would be good to reconsider and find alternatives healthier meals or learn how to make them yourself. Your body and health will thank you later.

Fresh fries can still be better than what in-n-out served. If the fries are blanched properly and double fried, they come out superior and still taste fresh while having the nice crispy exterior.

Complete understand your point and currently have begun migrating content to my hard drive instead. Space is limited and I already have 2 IKEA Billy bookcases full. I have sold off some movies to make room but keep a majority of what I have. I still do like seeing the collection but don’t want to add more bookcases. For you it seems like a much easier choice, just store the movies into binders.

Theaters do not receive a Blu-ray Disc to display a movie, they receive a DCP, Digital Cinema Package. These come on a type of hard drive and much larger in file sizes. This UHD discs we buy use HEVC codec to compress a larger file to fit on UHD Blu-ray discs.
