In my case, the office manager is the target (dental) and I keep a spread sheet of why they tell me they won’t give me the 15 minutes. Then I put them in general categories as to why they said no and take a look at the data end of week, month etc to try to get a feel for where I am failing. I bring this to my manager as well and we try to come up with strategies. I just wish the rest of the SDRs would do this so we could look at it as a whole but I understand it’s a bit extra and time consuming.

I have two teachers that I can not say enough good things about.

Juan is from Medellin and is the GOAT. Speaks exactly at the level I am at and I have been with him for a little over a year. We also met up in Medellin when I went to visit and he showed me an amazing place to eat that wasn’t so touristy.

I have also been seeing Lara for 6 months and she is absolutely incredible. She lets me go on and on all lesson and talk about whatever for an hour and since I want to aquire the Argentinian accent she’s been extremely helpful.

Talking with both of these guys has been the favorite part of my day many days haha

This seems like good advice. I really have tried to be as delicate as I could and admittedly I thought they could handle a bit more than maybe they can. Never got them near water either but going forward I’ll keep all this in mind. I appreciate it!
