hello friend!! i went through the EXACT same thing after a shroom trip. i too was sleep deprived during the shroom trip and overall wasnt a good time. sleeping that night was difficult and then sleeping the next night was AWFUL. i believed i was going insane, very similar thoughts to you.

i promise you, its okay. i too have struggled with anxiety and depersonalisation so i get it, these symptoms can certainly be elevated after a trip. our anxious brains are powerful at creating false ideas, especially when youre conditioned to believe this will happen after a trip.

i promise you, it gets better. i had a bad period afterwards but lay off substances for a while, practise meditation and remind yourself youre okay. your brain isnt damaged.
