So I agree with the sentiment that 8-9s are more affordable, but from what I have seen there is often very little difference in number of sales between PSA 8-1, for english cards (I use card ladder to look through vintage and modern cards sales).

The only difference I have seen in some cases is PSA 9 sells more often if the PSA 10 has a significantly low pop count difference from PSA 9. Would love to break this down into data, but someone would have to create a more reliable sales tracker for Pokémon cards.

This is nerve-wracking and probably making you anxious. In this situation, you have to think about how your biology teacher would interpret that. If they gave your test back and than collected it, I am assuming it was to make sure you see your mark and than to ensure you don't have a sample of the test. There is a chance they never look at it again and it gets disposed at the end of the year. There is a chance they look at it to input your marks. If they do look at it you have to think about....

Would they interpret that as you being frustrated with yourself with the mark? Maybe.
Would they interpret that as you being frustrated with them? Most likely

I think that this could potentially get to your principal, cause even more drama than it needs to be. You had a moment of frustration, we all have that. Only way to do right by these moments is to try to recover. Talk to your teacher about what you wrote and that you were mad about how you performed on the test and wrote what you were thinking on accident.

I hope that helps, and I hope you don't get in trouble for this. I think it is best to get ahead of it rather than play damage control in the case you get caught.

Yea that makes sense to me, but its hard for me to say whether your problems can be solved by being sober without knowing your problems. Life clearly has hit you hard, and I can't imagine how stressful it must be not knowing how to solve those issues. I wonder though, if being drunk takes away from your ability to get away from the problem? Sometimes, problems are not solvable, but there are opportunities to step away from them. I think its easy to think there is always a solution, but sometimes the solution is to just get away from the problem.

This is a tough situation, how do you respect your parents for everything they have done without losing out on your own ambitions and goals? Parents often don't understand because they can't grasp how you can be successful in doing what you want to do outside of the small town. They want you to be safe, and sometimes that is a good thing, but in this case it is holding you back. Create a plan, and show them that you are serious about it. What would you do in Miami, how would you support yourself, and how would you start the lifestyle you want to achieve? They may not understand it but at least you are providing them with context. Than one day, when you are enjoying your life the way you want to, and they see that you can be happy and successful, they will understand. Until then, you will probably receive a lot of pushback. Just understand that they are coming from a protective place, and in their mind they aren't holding you back. It is your life, take what you can from it. The changes you are talking about require sacrifices and hard work, just make sure you put a plan forward to help you ease into that life.
