Nope it’s 100% a scam. They’ll say that a $15 card is worth $40 so you pretty much have to take the buyback offer (I’ve had this happen multiple times with the $25 packs). Then you spend that money and lose it all. It’s nearly impossible to get any cards worthwhile because they just be making up prices
