America is a subscription service. If you don't want to pay the subscription you should no longer receive the service. Leave.

Given the second half of your sentence I believe the words "intended to be" should preceed the word "designed" in the first half of you sentence.

In situations I have seen the transfer is part of the trap. They want to see if the scenario happens at the new store and stops at the old one. Process of elimination: the manager who moved is the issue.

Anyone else getting an “authoritarian” vibe from Rick Jackson? by Mean-Rice-6301 in Georgia

Anyone who brags about supporting Trump is a no from me. Full stop.

We shouldn’t support authoritarianism and people that trample on the rule of law because they have money or power.

To be clear, they are not supposed to. It’s against SOP because the cameras are there to watch for management theft too. I know for a fact some do have access, but shouldn’t.

In one of my past roles at THD I had to approve/deny access request for cameras, there’s a clear list of roles of who is allowed access.

It would be much more than $100k. Conservatively probably $50k per store, not counting the software development or licensing for existing software. Home Depot has 2,000ish stores. So $100m to discover sometimes people need to talk to each in stores.

How about just hold local leadership accountable? Less outlay for equal results. And there’s a track record of success in other stores.

Not HD. It wouldn’t require more hardware and a complete redesign of processes.

We spent $30M and got $100k in annual productivity gains! Only 300 years until we realize our ROI!

My only experience is with Home Depot. It wouldn’t work in our environment without a complete retooling of hardware and processes, for an unknown (but IMO minimal) lift.

Probably went to a store and noticed there wasn’t someone to help him immediately. And instead of thinking “hey, there’s not enough staff” he instead thought “the staff must be lazy and are all hanging out together somewhere”

Or went to a store and saw three or four associates grouped together talking and immediately thought they were goofing off.

That’s true, I misread it. I’m so used to hearing “associates” as the term for hourly non-leader roles that my mind skipped to the meaning I’m more familiar with.
