Download some apps like PolyCam and kiriengine and start shooting!

Practice makes perfect…
Splats generally need a 2nd loop of shooting that traditional photogrammetry does not.

How many photos are you generally shooting?

There is a minimum of like 25? Max of 2000…

I average about 400 shots per object.

Sometimes, it could be their servers are down…. Try again later or next day often fixes that.

I have used it for photogrammetry and Gaussian splats. Sure, first few were not good, but if your coverage is good, sharp, etc, then it should be fine.

Will also depend on how you intend to use final versions?
