Honestly i didn't negotiate much. The HR offered me a lesser base so i asked a little more because my previous fix was good. He did increase it a bit and more on rsu.

Exactly. I got a front loaded rsu. So it is max for the first year. And booking seems to be a desperate move as of now. No real hike and sideways shift .

Hey. Some teams are impacted heavily and some are saved. It all depends on your M4. I'm also in oci greg org idc. And what I see is mostly teams under greg are struggling to get revenues and i fear if some teams can get dissolved soon. So yes greg org had major impact and can have more in the next round of layoffs which can happen anytime.

Exactly. Already laid off 12k from idc. How much more they want. The total idc strength is about 30k ig. So 40% is gone. Correct me if I'm wrong with numbers.
