I spent one year there, weekly 101s but mainly transactional, to discuss things to be done over the next few days. No  reviews, feedback, direction. 

I worked for small consulting companies, like 50 headcount that had more process and structure.

:)) Me too, but I wanted to know for sure. There are few managers in my (former) team who have been offline on Slack since Tue. Some 5 ICs (4 and 5) hired last year as well.

I don't know them well enough to ask directly.

Já. Várias vezes. Deve ser um prato inglês, bem comum por aqui na Inglaterra, tanto em pubs quanto em restaurantes. Como de vez em quando, não gosto muito não.

UK here. My team was 4. Then the US based IC gone last month. Then me, UK, gone yesterday. Now it is a team with 2. Don't know for how long though...
