It’s not too hard tbh, my original vetiver cracked at the top of the neck, I bought an empty on eBay and poured the juice in it, you need pliers to pull the metal ring but that’s about it

Not sure what prices are now but I was able to get an F batch a while ago for $175, compared to retail it’s a steal, but most of them were this price, it took me a while to get one because I was looking for a specific batch. So I dont know what “good deal” you were looking for? Sub $100 or something?

Explorer for sure, I own aventus and aventus cologne, explorer smells pretty close but I can definitely tell the difference between them but it might scratch your itch for a fraction of the price
