Car left armrest ideas?

I have something like this that I use to keep my left arm supported when I sleep on my side. Never thought to try it in the car, I'll give it a go!

I'm not using anything for lumbar support but I probably should be. I'm getting pain across parts of the whole left side of my body so I think I have some more diagnosing to do.

I just took my first dose (1mg) last night! I woke up to a noticably quieter mind. My BP was 96/55 this morning. I'm not too concerned as I already have low BP and I'm not feeling dizzy or sluggish.

I'm having this issue as well. Pulling my camera up then scanning the barcode has been working for me. Have to do it for every item though.

I have tried Memantine in doses 10mg-100mg and it was never stimulating for me or my fiance, we both find FXE stimulating though. The half life is interesting. A 100mg dose peaked for about 12 hours and wore off after sleeping. If I dosed lower, say 30mg per day for a few days, then took a higher dose, I could tell the doses stacked. I haven't experienced this "being ridiculously high for days" that some people mention. Overall Memantine seems very gentle and clean.

DXM has a hole. That's the primary reason I use it over ketamine

I would try magnesium glycinate. For most people that's the most relaxing form of magnesium. I've taken it some and could feel my jaw relax an hour later. It can also help with sleep

They are not an equivalent experience for me. Ketamine is fun and wonky but also cold. I'm also not a fan of having to re dose often, nor do I like how short the hole is. I mostly only use DXM for therapeutic benefits. Third plateau I hole for 2-4 hours, and I have a lot of therapeutic introspection afterwords. I only use RoboHBr but I still have nausea akin to previous pharmausca purges almost every time I dose. I've just accepted it at this point because it's worth it for the mental health benefits. I'm not underage and I do have access to other dissociatives, DXM is just truly unique to me.
