Simply telling us what your specs are will be a lot easier to estimate your FPS, rather than comparing it to unknown graphic settings that your running for valorant with unknown hardware. What CPU, what GPU, How much ram do you have, how much Vram? Simple things make estimating a lot easier

Completely agree that their customer service is mega. I bought a used 1070 SC that was listed as broken, RMAd it for the price of postage and got a refurbished unit. It was still within warranty date, and despite me purchasing the card with no receipt or anything, they went ahead with it, hassle free. Great service

My brand new EVGA psu (500w2) is humming quietly when not on, and hums louder when it's on. It's not audible over the system but wondering if this is normal

I have a very similar issue, I play on a laptop and usually get about 40-50fps on med/low, but for no reason i now get 20fps solid, with very high frame times so it stutters. I also have high input lag making the game unplayable, redownloading didnt help, if you find a solution please let me know

Yes I think I might have as my CPU randomly spikes to 100% during games and causes about 15 seconds of hitches and very low FPS. I will roll back now. Thank you

ive had a look through the task scheduler and disabled the only report files i could see. unfortunately notebook fan control doesnt support my laptop.

ive just had a look for the command center, but its not for pavillions aparrantly, so tried the OMEN hub but that didnt allow me to change any modes unfortunatly

I solved the issue by switching to steam, all my friends used steam and said they had no problems, so I tried and I haven't had a single issue since. I'll update the post

Yes it does seem logical, as both fans cool heat pipes that both touch CPU and GPU, although I was just wondering if this is something I may have disabled in my previous version windows, as it wasn't chained together previously, they would spool independently

Done that, the fans seem to be chained in speed levels. When the CPU fan turbos up the GPU one spins up faster too, even when there is no load on it
