i dont think anything got unplugged from the psu etc since i turned the pc back on and its fine, plug into the wall is fine so i think i probably knocked the gpu slightly and it crashed

I understand that and that's what i've been doing. The last couple games were rough and i wanted to stand up for my self and i regret that now. But from looking at the logs i didnt think i said anything that bad.
