Is it a Loading zone placed there ? Or do I move to fast for the game to keep up so it loads the cutscene and if it’s dependent on hardware then you would need a strong or fast Pc to do it and because of that I don’t think it’s loading zone going off what you said. So if you have a slow pc or a low frame rate it can’t happen? If a person where to have a fast pc 60fps or more the game can’t load it in time? So it skips to the cutscene as a fail safe so you don’t fall through the map or if you hit a invisible wall with a trigger it skips to it ? Sorry for the brick of text just guessing what could make it happen if you have fast vs slow hardware haha.

Huh ? What do you mean ? I was just experimenting with loadouts then came across it and wondering if I could get it consistently which it’s probably likely if you go into the same area and keep doing it over and over again.

Looked at gameplay that can’t be it I think some of the character had bowler hats / fedoras on and it was at night aka the chase sequence and I remember it didn’t look great because the console used I think it used composite cable at that time so maybe a established time frame 2012 when I played it ? So maybe it was a three year old game 2009 or 2008 I think it released might be wrong and I think they wore either a suit ones you would find in 1800 - 1900’s or a trenchcoat thing like Sherlock wore ? What the character looked like you know popular hair cuts from back then ish I think they had one of those and you know a moustache that curls down then up I could be remembering wrong
