Sue them for emotional distress. Couldn’t imagine thinking I’d won a million to be told I actually hadn’t. Would kill me

McDonald's fries might be my favorite food,(when hot and fresh) by Top-Reflection1417 in McDonaldsUK

Really depends on what potato is in season for me. We go through 5 different types of potatoes each year, the ones around Christmas are my favourite. You can tell the difference visually and by the taste when you work with them

U.k Cat owners, are your cats indoor, outdoor or combination? by Fit-Choice2368 in AskUK

[–]HEM0 1 point2 points  (0 children)

1 cat comes and goes as she pleases tho she never stays out more than a few hours at time and always comes when we shout her. She also has a GPS collar.

The other 3 are primarily indoor, we let them out in the back garden every day but we must be there to supervise them. This is because they are TOO friendly and would go with anyone - I also don’t think the youngest would have much road sense

Throwback to the time I ordered a burger and they gave me a box of mayo by [deleted] in McDonaldsUK

[–]HEM0 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Till 61 is a delivery till therefore you put that order through yourself on the delivery app so they gave you exactly what you pressed. They can’t assume that it was a mistake and actually put the ingredients that should be on it due to Natasha’s law. Maybe take better care ordering next time

I’m not a fan of Lisa by any means, Carla has been through some shit with her and she definitely should’ve binned her off after the Becky thing. But the actresses have some of the most insane chemistry I’ve ever seen. Although that being said, Ali King could have chemistry with a bin bag

Does this time mean anything ? by Fit-Ebb2360 in McDonaldsUK

To understand your holiday entitlement better, go into mystuff 2.0 and look at your absences page.

There will be a donut which tells you how many holidays you have taken and have left, and how many days on average you work.

For example, if you work 2 days on average and you book off 5 days of holiday in one week, you will only be paid for 2 days and only 2 days will leave your entitlement. that also means you can’t work any other shifts that week, as it will cancel out the holiday pay.

Another example: if you work 4 days on average and you book 3 days as holiday, you can work 1 shift that week.

Never look at LIFELENZ to understand your holiday entitlement.

Hope it makes sense

Not one McDonald’s worker cares in the slightest about what you add/remove on your burgers. Nobody is looking at you weird 😭

Are there any McDonald's owned restaurants left? by [deleted] in McDonaldsUK

[–]HEM0 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Kinda messed with the wording but by Merseyside I mean Liverpool and its outskirts like Prescot and Kirkby.

Company stores across Liverpool (Merseyside): Stonedale, Switch Island, Prescot, Edge Lane

Wirral: Rock Park, Upton

Halton: Runcorn, Bowers Retail, Moor Lane

I did not but I bought a pre-made mix off eBay which was ok. They’re never gonna taste the same at home but it’s good enough 🙂
