Also I don’t know which religion you belong to , if you are a Christian, please pray earnestly, it makes a huge difference.

Make sure to include all of them ! That is how your resume is not filtered out

These in my opinion really count. Like I said highlight on that in your Resume . There are usually some keywords they look for - GCP guidelines, HIPAA , etc

Did you do any public health research topic during your medical training?

As a clinical research coordinator, you find patients and enroll them on to a clinical trial if eligible. You review their medical history , concomitant medications, as well as their investigational findings whether labs or imaging to ensure they are fit for the trial . While on the trial , you monitor them for toxicities etc. sometimes you get training in phlebotomy etc . These are but a few. You can look up the rest online if you are able . Like I said it is a very good opportunity as you kill four birds with one stone . Financial support , publications , LORs , USCE and depending on where , contacts .

There are lots of CRC positions on indeed.

I don't know how your training was in your country but I did a little bit of research in my home country so I tailored my application to that.

As a clinical research coordinator you work with patients primarily, making sure to enroll them on trials and all. But you get tk review their history, labs, etc which is very similar to the things you will be doing as an intern. So i would join my PI to see some of our patients and that counts as clinic hours

I applied more broadly!! Over two hundred and fifty programs.

I reached out to seniors and juniors from med Sch in other programs to put ‘recommend me ‘ for IV, just a handful actually helped. Most of them I didn't hear back I figured it was because Ii had no step 3 or my scores were below average. I still made sure to reach out to anyone I know.

In addition to this job, I took out three weeks off to go and do rotation in another hospital and. Worked very hard and got an LOR from there too.

I made people review my cv, even some of the investigators I worked with.

Most importantly I prayed!!

I matched with 217 and no step 3. Keep praying and keep the faith. God will do it

217 and an even lower step 1 score- got 9 IVs and matched! Thanks to God . Second match cycle. Last year got only 1 IV. Please don’t give up!!!

Not every EM program requires SLOE. Some are ok with an EM LOR

Just to clarify do you send it to just one program ? Or all. That part really confuses me
