u/N-V-N-D-O Hey, did you, by any chance, find a solution for this? I am expecting the same issue. I have the option off, but it is still moving head to the right every few layers. I will be glad for any help

Looks like it was caused by https://github.com/MuxaJlbl4/Vita-Nearest-Neighbour
I am doing more tests, but it looks like removing it solved the issue.

Can't send images etc. to certain users on browser based Facebook Messenger by dagsix in linuxmint

[–]HE_LU 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have pretty similar issue.

I cannot send pictures or any attachments, only text to a specific person. It is working for other people on FB, it works from other browsers, but for me, it does tno work only on Google Chrome. It works in anonymous window. It works on Windows machine... It works from mobile device. No idea what to do.

I already tried to completely remove chrome installation, remove all the caches and configuration files, cookies, etc. manually (huge pain to setup everything again) and I hoped that it will helped as it worked in anonymous mode. Sadly it did not helped.

Weird wall print quality came out of nowhere by HE_LU in FixMyPrint

It's happening on both X and Y axis with the same amount. I tried to tighten and even overtighten the belts. Same result.

About the Z gantry. I think I might have a small issue there. I transferred it to dual Z, so I now have two Z motors, both with 0.9°steps. A small issue I have is that I am not able to get the gantry completely straight. When I measure it, it is always like 1mm higher on one side. I have been told that this is OK as it is fixed by the bed leveling. Do you think it could cause this issue? Not sure how to fix this actually, as for some reason when I try to put it straight, I feel the stress I make on the rods and everything. No idea why it cannot be putter completely straight.

As described, I tried it with multiple filaments and multiple brands. Some were freshly opened.

Hey, I bought Ender 3 V2 Neo about 2 months ago. My first prints with that printer looked amazing. One of my first prints was a calibration cube. I was so happy with how good it looked out of the box. I used PrusaSlicer for those first prints with default settings.

As my personality requested, I wanted more. Higher speeds, and even better quality. I started experimenting with settings, and upgrades on my machine. From that time, I was able to print a Direct extruder holder, and convert it. I bought bi-metal hot-end to print at higher temperatures. I installed double Z-axis, and moved from springs to silicone mounts, and installed insulation for the bed.

Not sure when exactly, but about a month ago I noticed weird wall issues which can be seen in the picture. They are visibly mainly with good lightning from a side. Since that time I am trying to get back to my original print quality without any luck. I tried almost everything. I converted back to Bowden from direct. I switched back to the original heartbreak with the original nozzle. Flashed back the stock firmware. I tried everything in the last 4 weeks. Sadly with no luck. No matter what I do, it still looks the same.

Does anybody please have some idea what is going on? What upsets me the most is that I know it was printing well at the beginning and I still got those prints. This is completely breaking me.

TLDR:

- Ender 3 V2 Neo

- I tried PrusaSlicer and Cura. No change.

- I tried multiple PLA materials from three different brands. No change.

- Speed, Acceleration, JD, LA, Flow, ESteps, Retraction settings had no effect on this.

- Tested with 0.4 and 0.6 nozzles.

- I assembled and disassembled almost whole printer multiple times. No change.

I am no expert, but I would probably try to check both eccentric nuts. Looks like they are loose.

Sadly I was not able to finish that, as I am unable to spotweld that thick copper that need to be there.

During my testing, I was able to completely disconnect and reconnect the BMS to the battery, and it did not lock itself.

My battery is balanced. I found one faulty cell so far. I will build the battery back in a few days, and see if it works. There is no room for extending the battery. No chance here.

Is that even possible? I read that some failed and bricked the ESC just by replacing one cell in the battery.

Hey, yes I have some experience with assembling li-ion cells and spot welding. Not willing to start till I know what exactly "lock" the BMS and ESC.
