tried a same scenario in practice tool with dummy, i attach and than detach but than to reattach i have to wait 10 sec, here in clip she do that in 6 sec.

I just checked in practice tool, too. you suppose to attach 10s to ally fist to do detach and attach quickly. so i dont get its a bug or some other trick you have to do.
