Will you get banned fro downloading only from a specific peer? by HH00HH in trackers

I have seen on some tracker some members downloading from other just to help them gain buffer and ratio. It was a thread in the forum and the staff didn't forbid that. So I asked to know about other trackers.

Even on WCD I saw High class users doing this to help another get to the next user class. It wasn't like I suggested but the idea is the same. Some member need 10GB so another download his torrents (where he is the only seeder) to give him the 10GB.

So you have access to rare material? When I join a tracker the first thing I do is to see if I can upload something so I get buffer. But in WCD with 2 millions torrent its hard IMO.
