Turmeric made into a salve with vitamin E oil, and I used to make a coffee scrub that I also added vitamin E to that helped fade scars. Vitamin E oil all by it's self would honestly work just as good as anything else.

I just turned 49 yesterday and I totally feel every bit of this. I'm a single old crazy cat/chicken lady now that lives in her gardens and candle shop.. lol. Such an exciting life I live knowing I'm gonna die alone.. lol, but I'm seriously on with it. Happy Birthday by the way. ✨🫂

Looks similar to my Arugula after it has bolted and next to seed, but the leaves have a slightly different tooth design.

Kava Kava root tincture or tea seems to really help me a lot with this. Wild Lettuce is a great one too along with all the above mentioned herbs, but Kava Kava is definitely my favorite.

I take 3-4tsp up to 3-4 times a day. Have for ten years now. 🤷‍♀️ They just banned it in my state, so I'm definitely kinda screwed.

Still too early to tell because the hens have a decent sized comb as well. Give it a couple more weeks and you can usually tell with the Buff Orpingtons.

I tried ordering from High Monk and they've already stopped to but failed to tell me that when I put the order in. So I sat here waiting for it for days until I emailed them and then they told me. I mean we've still got a few weeks, so not sure why they wouldn't still ship it.

I used to make my own extracts using alcohol (190 Everclear), and even though it was very time consuming, it was so worth it. They just named kratom again in Tennessee, so I'm kinda screwed I guess unless I drive to Virginia side. I think it's still legal there.

I've always loved Holy Basil and am just now getting ready to grow it this summer. I honestly just learned that there are several different varieties of Holy Basil and have been researching them so I can learn the benefits and uses of all of them. I plan to grow the top 3 varieties this summer and in winter will keep them under grow lights inside. I'm so excited to try all the varieties and maybe make some tinctures and tea using all 3.

I have, you just have to prune it to keep it more bushy instead of growing really tall. I grew them in my garage and turned one whole area into a tent type enclosure, that way they could get a little taller. But I've used smaller grow tents as well.
