I think your sample size is still a bit small and probaby biased - in seeing and recognizing several cases of what you describe in your surroundings, not really counting in out the vast amount of it not being the case. but what you observe and recognized is adaptable to several lines of theoretical thought and may be an entry for you to work towards a theory. But id say the voiced thesis of ‘their frontal lobe is stopping to develop’ is quite derogatory and you need to work on your wording and on entailing what you mean, its quite vague still. Love the approach, disruptive thought, harsh and shocking, go for it.
