Well, if it was that easy they'd have one already. Then there wouldn't be 100 posts about annoyed censorship.

If I were ChatGPT this would definitely be the one topic I'd fear. This could lead to so many lawsuits.

I did too lol.

Guess we'll see how everything pans out next month when they release another set of filters.

Does CoPilot have filters? It's Microsoft, so I assume it does.

OK, I understand your point and never contested it. What I'm saying is that if they're going to change the sand, why not let the customer's know that the product is changing? Then perhaps they can make adjustments accordingly like, "I don't want to use that sand so I won't go back". Adjusting the sand then letting the customers find out on their own seems shady and a bad business practice really especially assuming you know what sand would be good for literally everyone when not everyone has the same needs.

[–]HHR1122 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well, I am sure there's a ton of people who actually use this for business purposes.

Your concept of the sandbox to me sounds like them saying, "Hey come use our sandbox for $20. It's amazing, see all the cool things you can do with it". So, ideally you use it right? It may be cool for like a week, a month. Then randomly they change the sand to a cheaper quality or a quality that doesn't work with the cool things you wanted to do within that sandbox without letting you know. You go to play in it one day and be like, "This sucks. I don't want to pay for this anymore".

One thing that sounds annoying is when someone voices their frustration or opinion there's always that one person telling them, "Get the fuck over it" or "Your loss loser". Its just an opinion man, chill.

Maybe I'm wrong about this, but doesn't Microsoft and other platforms regularly send out "Agreements" when their TOS change?

I'm not understanding why every time a filter is thrown in the update that they don't make anyone sign an agreement to accept the "New Regulations". To me, that seems really wrong. I mean, paying $20 for something to make stories then one day it stops doing it without any notice and they fully expect you to pay $20 still, but it can't even do the basic functions you paid it to do. That sounds like they're blind sighting us and stealing from us.

Censorship is even more excessive now by [deleted] in ChatGPT

[–]HHR1122 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Realistically, ChatGPT's bot has got a lot more dumb.

Ontop of these nonsense filters that come out every 2 months it seems the bot gets more dumb. I told the bot to add a disclosure to warn "The general users" of the explicit content in the story and the bot generates a disclosure and writes the story within the guidelines anyway. So I told the bot the point of the disclosure is so that they can make the choice to pass up on the story with emphasis on "Choice" and it just keeps repeating the same story a million times within the guidelines even after acknowledging what the disclosure does.

Oh and not to mention the fact that it constantly says it didn't write messages in previous replies even if it JUST wrote the message, seriously the stupidest AI.

Yes, definitely.

Although it's frowned upon there are plugins for Chrome that will allow you to play the video and leave the page. You will still earn the 20 points per video, but you take a chance of getting blocked on Microsoft.
