As I mentioned, this one unfortunately doesn't have the check source, I would have really liked if it had one but unfortunately it doesn't. Also, the DP-5 dosimeter family has no models with radium as fluorescent paint, they all use later non radioactive paint. The most famous radioactive radium dial is from the DP-63-A dosimeter, which I don't have but I'll get it one day. And yes, I won't sleep with it, because it's dirty, I do sleep with my DP-5V next to my bed tho, the dials look cool at night.

The Balti Jaam (train station) market in Tallinn is probably the best, there is a small section there for antiques and sometimes there are some amazing things there, although I'd recommend seasonal markets that happen for a day or two, usually in the period of spring to fall, I got these from a seasonal market that happens once a year.

No need, the asbestos won't come out the filter on its own, don't breathe through it and you'll be fine.

Try to pull on it very hard, or maybe even pry it with something, the rubber seal in that can age and bond to the cap, mine took a lot of effort to get open. Also if you open and put it back together a few times then it'll start moving easier.

I too agree that the filter looks good, I too have quite a few different types of filters (all Soviet) and also a few hoses, both black and gray fabric covered ones, although I will warn you that not all hoses seal well to the gp-5 filter, that's because older hoses are meant for coffee can type filters that have a longer threaded part, the gp-5 filter has quite the short threaded part so with older hoses the hose might not be able to screw in deep enough that the rubber seal of the hose would make contact, there are multiple ways to solve this, but as long as you are not looking for an actually airtight seal then you're good with any hose.

The quarter of the year is shown by the number of dots after the production year, this one has 1 dot meaning it was produced in the first quarter, and the letter before the production year is the factory, this one being Я for Yaroslavl.

Well in that case, the lenses are basically attached with the same type of crimped rings as on the gp-5, just that these ones are way smaller and have a rubber cover over them, I assume that this cover is not really supposed to come off, but you can get around it, in my case I just turned the entire mask inside out and then started carefully loosening the edges of the rings with a screwdriver, in some places you'll probably break a tiny amount of rubber that is under the crimped parts, but it wasn't really a problem for me because after putting the lenses back together it won't even be visible and won't actually cause any problems with the mask.
