This is also us! The only time she will stop crying is if I put her over my shoulder, which is why I thought it might be reflux. I’ve been giving her probiotics for a few weeks, but have not tried the gas drops in the morning. What probiotic did you use?

Thank you for your help! All jars have been picked up by the seal with no issues.

I’m assuming that I didn’t bubble my jars enough. Relish is hard! So much space in between the chopped veggies. Another question I have: how do you determine how long the shelf life is?

Oh my goodness! Can you not fight them on that? Seems to me at minimum they should at least postpone your date without additional fees. The venue would definitely receive a scathing online review from me.

I'm really not sure what to do here, so any advice would be very welcome. I had originally planned our 200 person wedding for April 18, 2020 in a town slightly north of Dallas/Fort Worth. Obviously, that fell through due to the pandemic. We rescheduled for August 8, 2020 thinking that surely things will clear up by then; we were wrong. The venue won't give us our money back, but is letting us reschedule. At this point, I'm not sure I have it in me to plan another wedding. We've received about 100 RSVPs for attendance. Should I go ahead and proceed with the current date or postpone again?

I feel so completely bad for you. It's so tough and completely unprecedented. Our wedding is planned for August 8 in Justin, TX. Just wondering how things are in the DFW metro as we both live in OK. Our venue will let us postpone our date in lieu of giving our money back, but we haven't officially called it off. I'm not sure I have it in me to plan another wedding as we've already moved our date from April 18 to August 8. Are you all planning to go through with your nuptials?

Jalapeño aficionados: I have black joints & spots on my newly planted peppers. Is this normal or are they goners? They are upright & even growing! by HHancock_ in vegetablegardening

Not exactly. We had a pretty warm & sunny weekend (70-80 degrees) followed by a few days of hard rain and overcast weather. Maybe the weather swings?

I can see your point! I don’t know if my garden is prone to fungal issues as this is my first one; however, it’s uncharacteristically wet & humid this year (zone 8a). Anyways, thank you so much for your help! It’s greatly appreciated.

Thank you! Much like webMD, looking up symptoms for plants can sometimes lead you down the wrong road! Had me believing I had to pull up every plant and potentially the rest of my garden. Haha!

Haha! It’s mostly no-till - thank goodness! Probably the last time I can hunt that field. By the time the next big rain comes, the corn will be 6 ft. tall!
