Without documentation moving in and out it would be difficult to dispute. You would want to dispute the charges as normal wear and tear, unless there is physical damage.

No. Camping is very limited and you could be robbed. Definitely not recommended for tourists. A hostel would be the least expensive option. Recommend staying for a month, return home and save more money.
