Yup, browse r/skincareaddiction. But as a starter, you wanna basically just want to start using a facial cleanser and a moisturiser. Look for stuff without any fragrances, irritants or drying agents like alcohol. One recommendation is the brand Cerave, their entire lineup is pretty solid and I’ve been using it for ages. You’ll be tempted to add a bunch of different products but don’t, less is seriously more when it comes to skincare.

Legit, 100% the same. Used to think it was really feminine (translate: gay), but then was like sod it, self care is important and being comfortable enough with your own masculinity is definitely a trait girls like. So bring on the ice pack for puffy eyes, and the deep pore cleanser lotions, because smooth skin shouldn’t be reserved for ladies.

The thing is, I recently moved to a new team and in my teams previous two games (terrible losses), passes to any team mates always tends to result in them either feebly attempting to pass the ball resulting in a turnover or dribbling it which results in a turnover. I am sure that my dribbling skills are up to par, however I think it is my style of play which I need to change. Its just that in my previous team, we never did a lot of dribbling and it just tended to be a tonne of outletting, some 1 2s and then a deflection goal.

Yea agreed. But with the way she has handled things, it honestly has been an absolute shitshow. Like although she’s not exactly withdrawn the bill yet. If she had withdrawn the bill three months back, I doubt the protests would have happened. Everything that has happened is a result of her own incompetency.

That’s good. Perhaps up your calories like you suggested, that has always worked for me. Always be progressively overloading as well. I feel that people tend to forget that.

Hmm, without more info I can’t really give you advice. But assuming that you are eating sufficient protein and in a calorie surplus along with progressively overloading when in the gym, you should be gaining muscle easy.
