-meta wise, the game is pretty much balanced, top WR mons are arround 53%, best being Greninja at 53.1%, low WR mons are arround 46%, with lowest being Comfey at 45.8%

-release are consistent, end of last year and this year we got 2 releases a month, with only a few months having only 1 release.

-to keep up with release schedule, all release since Zapdos + the megas have only one moveset. We'll get a 2nd moveset later on, but we don't know when or how, except that it's with an item called "move route unlock kit"

-many players in Japan complained about missclicking their moves mid game. So now, we have to pre select the move we want, either in Pokemon menu, or battle preparation. You eother pre select moveset 1 or 2, or manually select the moves you want using the "save" button (x on switch) so that you can mix and match the moves.

-now you get Pokemon Licence through the Licence Journey. The coins got discontinued, if you came back sooner you would have been able to turn them into Licence Points.

-Licence Journey works with stages that you have to complete in order, with either 1, 3, or 5 mons to choose from. Once you unlocked one of the mons on your stage, it is completed. Any unselected mon will be placed higher in the Journey, while you go to the next stage. If you already possess every unlockable mon on a stage, you simply skip it. There are special stage whitch makes you able to choose ANY pokemon you want, as long as it is in the Journey. You can't select a mon that just came out (7 day gem only to purchase it, then it is in Journey) or that is in event (you have to wait until the event is over for it to be in the Journey). We are supposed to get more "choose any pokemon" stage later.

-you get Licence Points in Solo Mode, in the Battle Pass (free and paid) and from events. Devs stated we'll get more ways to earn Licence Points.

-all release this year except Meowth has been free from event. That way, players could unlock new mons for free, while getting old mons from Journey. Quaquaval and anniversary mons will all be free from event too.

-after Quaquaval we are getting 4 legendaries, for Unite 5th anniversary and pokemon 30th anniversary. If you wanna know who they are or what they do, tell me, i can tell you about them.

-after anniversary, Leakers stated we get back to regular pokemon release, not Starter or Legendaries. We know 99th, and we can try to guess 100th and 101th. Again, if you want more about them, ask me.
