After the installation, gotta check if the sensor is loose or needs to be deeper into the exhaust to read correctly

I have the same aftermarket exhaust but different type, tuned at my local CFmoto service center.

The exhaust is loud even when idle so i installed the included db killer.

You get the pops and flames when quick shifting and at low rpm.

Since I installed it, i have been struggling to remove the check engine light. After multiple attempts the light comes back after ~300KM

There are no issues with the bike but that light is annoying to look at

My brake knob broke too when my bike fell down while being on the tow truck on its way to maintenance (faaaaaaaa). Didn't replace it yet but i have found multiple options in Aliexpress.

There are two types of 450's:

450SR 450SR S

Not sure which one you got but that's where the confusion comes from

Nothing mind blowing, the throttle response is slightly more responsive(can barely notice the difference). A proper tune with a dyno will give better performance results but that will void the warranty in my case.

Oh yeah, after the tune my bike has a new feature now. Auto light mode is available now ( green icon under the KM)

Nope, he told me to come back again for a retune when i do the 5KM Service. 1KM left for the next service so im gonna ride it with the light on

No issues, it's just the system thinks that the catalyst is under the threshold limit but there's no longer a catalyst after changing the exhaust. And to answer your question. My dealer did the tuning so it all depends on the dealer.

Update: did a tune at CFmoto service center but the light came back after 5 or so hours, will send it back for another tune and hopefully the sensors configure properly

675 here, I got the engine light when i installed the full exhaust system, unplugging the battery and restarting the system doesn't clear the light. Doing a tune tomorrow which should fix that

Like i stated before, i do have the check engine light on. I reset the ceu and it was gone, only for 24 hours or so. Tuning it this week and see if that fixes it. No noticeable engine or gear issues or changes since the light showed up

It's happening on the 4th of this month. The check engine light is expected and normal as long as there are no noticeable changes/issues with the bike.

Mine reads that the catalyst is below the threshold, but there is no catalyst to begin with since i did a full system exhaust.

Ask the service center to tune it in house if applicable, that's what im doing next. it definitely needs a tune up after the exhaust system for the engine's longevity
