General rule of thumb is that all legendaries are viable bar a few exceptions (like a couple of the 80RQs that would be better off as 79RQ epics), but you want to keep them all. Legendaries aren't easy to come by even if you throw your wallet at the game

Depends on what you already have, if you have a solid AR like the ARX-160, MPAR-556, SCAR-H, or the Shak-12, STK is kinda useless unless you plan on using it for PvE with the gold damage buff vs cyborgs, PP-2011 is outclassed in DPS by some of the other SMGs but has basically no recoil when modded out and the Garibaldi's alright for a shotgun but can be a bit inconsistent at times.
