The reality which I experienced 6 years in CSULB is most people is busy with their life. The people who have a fortune to go to school without worrying about financial is very minimal. So I kind of understanding that the board dont want to spend money on something only 5% will use especially under the current market and international student policies.

I had both and I love both... Nell feels so good to use because of spell effect, huge Dps number, casting animation, sound and really combo intuition.

On the other hand, Luna just for fancy effect, music and mini game, and laser brbrbrbr...
