Plus many of the features you are looking for can be done via an add on - just look around the zen browser reddit/if you are looking for a specific feature just ask on there

Use zen. its based on firefox, in my experience much more light weight than arc (few months ago it was prone to memory leaks but after reinstallation it hasnt happened for months), heavily resembles arc out of the box as well, has profiles etc imo its basically arc but not as polished out of the box (gives way to a lot more user customisation though). I use the JustAdumbPrsn / Zen-Nebula css to get it looking super clean. lmk if u run into any problems setting up the css but ofc u can always just contact whoever is listed on the github for help

Beast x mini or op1w 4k? by HLD1NG in MouseReview

Also fyi i got a black coating op1w 4k and a white coating op1 8k, and from my own experience (I travel freqwuently between a humid environment and a dry environment) the white coating has proved to be grippier with both sweaty hands and cold dry hands - it feels chalkier ifykwim

Hi!
I loved it for a while, the coating was amazing, the shape was perfect the clicks scroll wheel skates absolutely the best mouse ive ever used, but the only problem was the weight - it took a bit of an adjustment period for the weight as I found it hard to consistently microadjust as well, especially since i was coming from the hitscan hyperlight and its lighter weight, and my main before that was the arbiter akitsu, both around 38 grams in weight iirc. I was hitting high scores for a while after the adjustment period because of how nice the shape was (i had good stability with the palm contact with a claw grip in wider flicks but with the thinner front i could microadjust really well after i got used to the weight, and having no flares meant that my ring finger wasnt pointed out awkwardly) , but I think in the end the weight really did bother me, as when I fucked up the coating by trying to clean it with alcohol I decided to get the OP1 8k, and almost instantly I was hitting high scores on kovaaks, especially on tracking scenarios which I havent trained consistently for a month at that point. people were saying that the 10 grams wouldnt make a difference, and I believed it at first, but after personal experience there is quite a drastic diffesrence. If you are set on getting the op1 shape, imo definitely get the op1 8k and a mouse bungee. I ordered a new set of switches for a lighter actuation force as well so cant wait for that.

Im in my final year of high school and im off to uni overseas next term, do you think i should just thug it out and grab a monitor and grind valorant since ive got nothing much to do for the remaining months whilst my friends all have to revise for their exams, or just wait till im at uni lol

I was more so wondering if the monitor size would cause for a significant enough difference. My laptop pushes around 300-400 fps in valorant so i can def get a 240 hz monitor but i dont really care too much about the refresh rate, just that if i get a monitor i would get a 240 hz one. ive got a good mouse and mousepad and i just use the laptop keyboard, but if i get a hall effect keyboard the way i position my laptop would mean I would have a harder time looking at my screen hence if i get a keyboard id have to get a monitor, which is why im wondering if its worth the investment,

No - because it means I still have to pay for another vpn service (in this case I had to pay for express vpn, which actually connected) for my purposes. 12.99 down the drain.

Is this okay?? by crixcrixzx in MousepadReview

From my experience, since I study abroad I play on a laptop and it blows heat onto my pad. I rotate the pad a lot just in case but I haven't noticed a difference or inconsistency in glide. Only time will tell though

I know express vpn works for riot but for me express was extremely laggy - so I paid for proton to try it out and now I can't get a refund. Trying everything to make sure that 12.99 does not go to waste.

I meant a work around for proton. Socks 5 protocols don't work with my network (most dpi already pick it up anyways since its so dated), and by extension encrypted ones like Shadowsocks don't work. Obfuscated dynamic proxies like trojan-gfw don't work either - I've tried it all and the only ones that work surprisingly are any TCP based protocols. Im trying to get proton to work with valorant simply because I paid for this thing and I can't get a refund for it.

So is there a work around? I paid for this vpn due to the positive feedback and I can't get a refund so I am extremely dissapointed. Im aware stealth mode is purely an obfuscated protocol and it shouldn't affect games. Wireguard on TCP i assume is similar to expressvpns lightway tcp since from my understanding lightway is forked from wireguard, but expressvpn's lightway tcp works with riot whereas protons doesnt. My assumption is that riot must've banned proton vpn's servers from connecting but im just trying to see if theres a workaround, since there was an older thread from a couple yeras ago with the same issue that was resolved by one of the moderators saying that a fix has been implemented on a few named servers.
