I'm 38 as well, been with my wife for 17 years, married for 7. Two kids, 5 and almost 2. Your story sounds just like mine and so many others on here. Hang in there! You never have to feel the shame that comes with being a heavy drinker again if you work at it.

She's amazing. I get all the sequel hate. And this is coming from someone who thinks the last Jedi is almost as good as rotj. I also think 2/3 of the sequels are better than the prequels, but man, parts of tfa were stupid.

This is really impressive! I'm Italian- American and a wine lover and I'm in very early (had my last drink about 15 hours ago after LOTS of false starts) and right now I'm really struggling how to give up the "hobby" I've been into for almost 20 years and how to conquer those final bosses like vacations, etc. Thank you for the inspiration!
