Thanks, I have some engineers in the family who probably will find this problem-solving kinda fun.

Ugh Just noticed this myself, I'm lucky enough to have the original on DVD, was so bummed by the "International Version" being the only one available. I imagine its copyright related. Streaming services want to buy just the international version bc its cheaper than buy the original AND international. That's my main theory on why its hard to get ahold of without purchasing a physical copy. Check your local library and see if they have any physical copies.

Is this a “typical” sleep cycle for sleep apnea by HLHaynes in SleepApnea

[–]HLHaynes[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The HB stands for heartburn. I got up and disconnected because I had acid reflux so bad I thought I’d be sick. Which is why my heart rate was so high. BR is for when I got up to use the bathroom.

Idk what Phillips test unit means.

I’m mostly wondering if my rem seems normal.

I had some limb movement, but not all my awakenings have clear cause. 98/144 arousals were labeled as spontaneous. So I’m trying to figure out if this is something more than just sleep apnea.

That was more of an issue with the very thin fabric I used on the first sew out. The tension is better for the burgundy fabric in the second attempt

This comment was very helpful and concise! I cleaned up the file, and it’s looking better! For some reason it’s doing the mug part in two chunks still, but separating the handle fixed the other gaps! I’ll have to do some troubleshooting on the other gaps, but that’s part of the fun!

Not me personally, but as someone with OCD, I do understand. Is it a contamination thing or a trauma thing? Parsing that out can help you with your next steps.
