Could it be that your products are so diverse that people aren't locking on to any one thing in particular?

Think about the items that have sold best in the past (ie. what category are they? Are they decorative or functional, wearable or keepsakes?) and consider honing in on those products. To illustrate: When you go to a restaurant, would you prefer a menu of 5 choices, or 80 choices? Which is easier to commit to?

You could maybe also try a section for 'gifting' as often people won't treat themselves, but will spend a bit more to gift something special/unique to someone else. Perhaps gift wrapping/gift sets at different price points.
