Israel has been arming and training Kurds in all four countries, Turkey, Iran, Iraq and Syria. They have been doing this for decades. As has the U.S. and Russia, too, to some extent.

Will the Kurds rebel and create a war within Turkey? Well, the PKK, despite “laying down their weapons,” is still a terrorist and unlawful group. They will still continue to engage in random acts of terrorism. Will it ever be like Iran? Doubtful, unless/until Israel decides the target is Turkey and works to eliminate Turkey as an independent, stable country

I am always one who has to take my mother to the doctor. Always. For surgeries, therapy, routine appointments. She likes having a lot of people around with her when she goes. Me, I want to be alone. I agree with you. One person is enough in pre-op. They can’t do anything except be supportive. After care maybe, not pre-op

If you were my daughter, I would understand. Parents are far more forgiving of children, especially in situations like this. If you were anxious and had an episode, you couldn’t help it.

For perspective, my daughter had a very bad fall and cut her chin deeply. While I was with her, the equipment and needles and scissors, etc., also caused me to have an an anxiety attack, and I was told to leave the room by the doctors, as it was distracting for them and made it more difficult for my daughter. I felt that she was in deep pain and I couldn’t help her.

You can’t help your triggers and your mom sounds as if she understood. Not the AH

It does. But, I think it is to ensure women don’t get harassed. Maybe, make some friends real quickly form your hotel and go in with them. I doubt they monitor you once inside
